Adamian Renovation: August 2025 Highlights
August 21, 2025
As everyone comes back to campus in the next couple weeks, you'll notice changes underway with the renovation of the Adamian Center. The new “scrim” (fabric material on the construction fence) is in place around the perimeter. Inside the fence, crews are hard at work on demolition within the building.
Here are some of the project highlights this month:
Construction progress:
- Over the next month, crews are focusing on:
- Continuing demolition and clearing
- Planning for any underpinning needed to support construction once it begins
- Starting the foundation and footing work for the proposed addition at the front entrance
