Rendering of Adamian Center Renovations

Adamian Renovation: October 2026 Highlights

Dear Bentley community,

The power is on in Adamian! This is a major step forward in our renovation project as we shift from completing the foundational, structural work to installing the interior finishes that will bring the building to life. This winter, crews can look forward to working mostly in enclosed, heated spaces.

Here are key project highlights this month:

Construction progress:

  • Permanent power is connected to the building.
  • Nearly 90% of the windows are installed.
  • The exterior terracotta panels are in place, giving the building more of its finished look.
  • Finish work has begun in some areas, including floor tile installation in the bathrooms.
  • Installation of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is nearing completion.

Drywall installation continues as interior spaces begin to take shape.

Upcoming phases:

  • The next major milestone is to make the building weather-tight by mid-November, with exterior glass installation continuing.
  • Heat will be turned on to maintain temperatures needed for interior finish work.
  • Painting, carpeting in offices and bathroom tile installation will continue.

With the power now on, we can start to envision what going to office hours will look like.
