Adamian Renovation: September 2026 Highlights

Dear Bentley community,

Progress continues on the Adamian renovation project and we’re looking forward to the opening next fall — less than a year away. We’re getting ready to add some of the distinctive outer touches that will distinguish this new jewel on upper campus.

In the meantime, here are some of the key project highlights this month:

Construction progress

• The exterior façade on the new addition at the front of the building is being prepared for the installation of glass and terracotta panels that will bring it closer to its finished appearance.
• On the 1st and 2nd floors, in-wall inspections are underway or complete, allowing crews to install drywall and begin closing up the walls.
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work is continuing on the ground and 3rd floors.

Upcoming phases

• Crews will continue completing drywall on the 1st and 2nd floors, with ceiling framing beginning on the 2nd floor.
• Installation of the addition’s glass, terracotta panels and windows will begin.
