After completing the earlier steps self-study, information sessions and Cooley office hours student teams may request a one-on-one consultation with a professional advisor. These meetings offer personalized guidance to help refine documents, prepare for execution and filing, and navigate early legal decisions with clarity.

Teams at this stage can receive help with:

Reviewing draft agreements and contracts
Understanding filing requirements
Preparing documents for execution
Asking legal questions
Clarifying next steps for entity formation or IP protection etc

Advisors include experienced entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and Bentley alumni.
