98% of Bentley Class of 2025 Employed or in Graduate School
Bentley’s undergraduate Class of 2025 is reporting strong job outcomes and the highest median starting salary in the university’s history. Ninety-eight percent are employed, attending or planning to attend graduate school, according to data reported six months after their graduation. The median starting salary for graduates rose to $75,000, up from $72,000 the previous year.
For more than 20 years, 97 to 99% of Bentley graduates have been employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months. The Pulsifer Career Development Center has been ranked No. 1 in the country by the Princeton Review for the past three years and has been among the top five for Best Career Services since 2014.
Bentley’s focus on career preparation, outcomes and success leads to earnings for graduates over the course of their careers that outpace other colleges in the area.

Emily Birtwell ’25 landed an internship with Skyeburst Wealth Management and accepted a full-time position there as an operations specialist starting soon after graduation.
“My time at Bentley has been filled with valuable lessons, incredible mentors and unforgettable experiences that have shaped who I am — both personally and professionally,” Birtwell said.
LinkedIn ranked Bentley No. 15 in the U.S. among colleges that “best set graduates up for long-term success.” LinkedIn also ranked Bentley No. 1 nationwide on its list of colleges with the highest job placement in financial services. The rankings, based on LinkedIn’s extensive data on career outcomes, looked at important factors including job placement after graduation, the percentage of alumni who advance in their careers and the relevant skills gained by graduates.
“Schools like Bentley University … are excelling at connecting students with high-quality internships, building strong alumni networks, and helping graduates secure jobs or graduate school placements quickly, all factors that drive long-term career success,” Andrew Seaman, senior editor-at-large for jobs and career development at LinkedIn News, said in a Fortune story about the rankings.

Cameron Moura ’25 secured a position as an investment consultant starting a month after graduation.
“I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunities, experiences and friends that have been made along the way at Bentley. These past four years have been monumental in both personal and professional growth,” Moura said. “I’m excited to begin my career and thankful for all of the people at Bentley who have made this possible.”
Members of Bentley University’s Class of 2025 were hired by 285 different employers in various industries, including top companies such as: Amazon, Bank of America, Boston Dynamics, Boston Scientific, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, ESPN, EY, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, HubSpot, JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase & Co., KPMG, Liberty Mutual, New Balance, PepsiCo, Publicis Groupe, PwC, Staples, State Street, The TJX Companies, Traveler and Wayfair.
Bentley students connect with the Pulsifer Career Development Center during their first year on campus, when 95% take a Career Design Seminar and start to identify their personal strengths and talents and learn how these things can impact their careers. Bentley also offers career-design seminars developed for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Marie Andrée Tarot Castañeda ’25 accepted an analyst job at Analyst at McKinsey & Co. after graduation. She said Bentley had become her “home away from home.”
