Bentley’s undergraduate Class of 2025 is reporting strong job outcomes and higher salaries. Ninety-eight percent are employed, attending or planning to attend graduate school, according to data reported six months after their graduation. The median starting salary for graduates rose to $75,000, up from $72,000 the previous year.

For more than 20 years, 97–99% of graduates have been employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months. The Pulsifer Career Development Center has been ranked #1 in the country by Princeton Review for the past three years and has been among the top five for Best Career Services since 2014.

Students connect with the Pulsifer Career Development Center during their first year on campus, when 95% take a Career Design Seminar and start to identify their personal strengths and talents and learn how these things can impact their careers. Bentley also offers career-design seminars developed for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
