President’s Report 2025

Bold Steps to Meet This Moment
Dear friends,
It’s no secret that in this moment, higher education faces unprecedented scrutiny. That is why I’m especially proud to share this 2025 President’s Report, which illustrates the bold steps that Bentley is taking to ensure that our graduates will meet the moment, no matter what the future holds.
Innovation and reinvention have been part of our DNA since our founding in 1917, and Bentley continues to be a university on the move. This dynamic community of teachers, learners, entrepreneurs and innovators is constantly looking around corners, anticipating what the market — and indeed, the world — needs from them.
There is no more dramatic illustration of bringing the future to life than our ambitious new effort to reimagine our Adamian Academic Center. Once completed, this new state-of-the-art hub for hands-on teaching and learning will emphasize technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration across diverse areas of study. AI, VR, blockchain and data analytics will take center stage in this academic center for the Innovation Age.
Bentley has always been a place that is focused on the future. We continue to forge partnerships that strengthen our ties with the market and prepare our students to thrive and lead in the ever-changing workforce. This synergy between academia and industry provides employers with talented, motivated graduates who believe that good business can impact more than just the bottom line — it can change the world.
Thank you for your interest in Bentley, and I invite you to follow our progress as we educate an impressive new generation of ethical, future-focused business leaders.
Most sincerely,
Sincerely,
E. LaBrent Chrite, PhD
