Adamian Renovation: December 2025 Highlights
November 25, 2025
As the photos below show, some of the recent progress on the Adamian renovation mean that walls and windows have been opened up. As temperatures drop, you may be wondering how construction crews stay warm while they work.
In some areas of Adamian, we have brought in construction-grade temporary heaters. These are not the small home space heaters you might imagine—they’re industrial units designed specifically for job sites, following strict safety protocols. Still, this job does require workers who can manage in cold temperatures and layer up in insulated clothing, gloves, and boots.
Here’s this month’s update:
Construction progress:
- Temporary shoring (short-term support) has been installed inside the building to keep everything stable while interior work continues.
- Crews have been carefully removing old structural elements to make room for the new design.
- Teams have begun mapping and locating water, electrical and other service lines so the new systems can be installed efficiently.
Upcoming phases:
- Structural demolition and removal of steel continues to prepare for new construction.
- Concrete footings and vertical shaft walls will be installed. This is the groundwork that will eventually support the structural steel framework.
- The mechanical, electrical and plumbing teams are aligning plans as more trade partners join the project.
