Adamian Renovation: October 2025 Highlights

We continue to make good progress on the Adamian renovation. This month we're pleased to share this informative article from The Waltham Times , as well as a new video to give you a better idea of what Adamian may look like when it reopens in 2027. We're just getting started on the furniture design and some other interior details so those will likely evolve from what you see in the video.

Meanwhile, here are our key project highlights for this month:

Construction progress:

  • The exterior façade has been removed in preparation for accommodating the new addition.
  • Inside the building, we're preparing for structural demolition.
  • The temporary "dance floor" needed to support high-level demolition and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) has been installed in Wilder.

Upcoming phases:

  • Concrete footings placed to support shoring operations.
  • Structural demolition as well as demolition of parts of the roof will begin.
  • MEP coordination work — to ensure that all systems fit, function and operate efficiently without conflicts — is set to begin.
