FAQs

What if I can only attend for part of the weekend?

While we’d love to see you for the full weekend of events, you’re welcome to join us for just one day. When you register, you’ll see the option to sign up for Friday only, Saturday only, or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please note that costs vary based on the day/event.

Where can I find the program?

You can find the full weekend schedule here. All Reunion events are denoted with an [R] beside the name of the event. A Falcon Weekend app will be available closer to the event with a Reunion section.

How do I find out who’s attending?

Take a look here. You can filter the attendee list by a specific event using the dropdown menu in the top left corner.

Can I register on site?

We encourage you to register as early as possible so we can ensure enough food, drink and staff on hand for all guests. Plus, if you register before September 1, you get $10 off the total registration fee.

How do I change or add to my registration once it has been submitted?

To make any changes to your registration, please contact the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement at 781-891-2025 or reunion@bentley.edu

Is my registration refundable?

Reunion registration fees are refundable until September 20. If you are in need of a refund, please contact the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement at reunion@bentley.edu or 781-891-2025. We will not issue any refunds after September 20.

Where do I check in when I arrive?

  • Friday, September 27: Head directly to Alibi Bar and Lounge in Boston
  • Saturday, September 28: All Reunion events take place on Bentley’s campus. Feel free to enjoy the morning programming on Upper Campus before heading to Event Headquarters outside Tailgate Village on Lower Campus.

What should I wear?

  • Friday night at Alibi: Suggested attire is cocktail
  • Saturday and Sunday: Suggested attire is casual and weather appropriate. Events are spread out throughout campus so comfortable footwear is suggested.

What is Tailgate Village? Is this also part of Reunion?

Tailgate Village is Falcon Weekend’s main event hub on Saturday, with a special VIP Reunion section. Stationed on the Field Hockey/Lacrosse Field on Lower Campus (adjacent to the Football Field), Tailgate Village will include food truck alley, a beer garden, live entertainment, a kids’ fun zone, affinity group meetups and more.

What’s included in admission to Tailgate Village?

Your $25 admission for Saturday grants you full access to Tailgate Village and the VIP Reunion section. This will include a voucher for lunch at a food truck of your choice, carnival-style treats, and access to all activities. The beer garden will be a cash bar (credit cards and cash accepted). Inside the VIP Reunion section, you’ll have access to private seating, exclusive food and beverage offerings, giveaways and more.

What’s the rain policy?

In the case of inclement weather, check @bentleyalumni on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) for updates, or the Falcon Weekend app. The majority of events will be held rain or shine.

Is there a hashtag?

Tag your pictures and posts with #BentleyReunion! Your account must be public for your posts to be shared.

Where can I view the photos and video footage captured during Falcon Weekend?

Look for an email the week following Reunion, filled with photos and a wrap-up video from the fun-filled event. Guests may be photographed or filmed, as this event is for the Bentley community at large. Pictures and video may be used in future promotional materials for Bentley University.

Relive Your Last Reunion

Reunion 2019 Highlights

Bentley University wouldn’t be the institution it is without its alumni, and we love to celebrate milestone reunions. In the fall, during Falcon Weekend, we host reunions for classes that graduated 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years ago. Every spring, we host 50+ Reunions where members of the 50th reunion class are inducted into the Blue and Gold Society, a special group for all Bentley alumni who graduated 50 years ago or more. Guests participate in the Commencement ceremony and are celebrated alongside the graduating class.
