Below you will find some helpful information for admitted students who are participating online this summer. There is one online session: A. You will receive your access code, Zoom ID, and course schedule in advance before the sessions start. If you have questions, please reach out to our pre-college program staff who can assist you.
There will be training on how to use Course Merchant to access course materials, Zoom, and complete assignments. We will notify you in advance before the session starts.
Students will have class Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. EDT given as a lunch break. Students can invite parents, guardians, and guests to Friday afternoon group presentations.
Students should wear appropriate business casual attire during all online course times and have appropriate backgrounds for Zoom.
All students are required to complete a series of intake forms. These items appear in the “Pre-Session Checklist Items” section of the BentleyConnect portal. Once a form or document has been submitted, allow 3-4 business days for the checklist item to show as received.
Parents will have a separate parent portal to complete onboarding forms and waivers. See parent email for login information.
