Frequently Asked Questions
Convocation 2025 is on Thursday, August 28 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Bentley Arena. Students and families are encouraged to meet at the Green Space between 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. and then the Falcon Walk will begin to the Arena. The Falcon Walk is an opportunity to walk together as a group as we officially welcome you into the Bentley community. Below is more information about the event.
Parking is limited on south campus and due to increased traffic, guests are encouraged to park on main campus. Please view the campus map. There will be a campus shuttle running from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m., will pause for the Falcon Walk at 2:30 p.m., and resume from 2:45 to 5:30 p.m. You may track the shuttle here.

Yes, the ceremony will be recorded and available on the Convocation website afterward.
Yes, the incoming class sits together on the floor of the Arena to signify the start of their academic journey. Guests will be seated in the bowl of the Arena and it is general seating that is first-come, first-served. Guests are encouraged to be seated by 2:45 p.m.
