Introduction
Before diving into your report, review and, if necessary, make changes to your Profile and Activity sections. Hopefully, you have kept up with throughout the year, but this is a good opportunity to ensure your instructor page is exactly how you want it. Select here if you want to know about editing your Profile or Activities.
How do I complete my annual faculty report?
Step 1: If you haven’t already, log into Interfolio at: https://account.interfolio.com/sso
If you forget how to log in, you can always review this instructional doc: How do I log into Interfolio?
Step 2: Right on your homepage under My Tasks, you will see a task entitled, [Current Calendar Year] Activity Report. Select that name.
If you do not see the Activity Report in your account, it could be that the deadline has passed, the period hasn’t started for the year, or you have already submitted your annual year. If you know that none of these apply, please contact learningdesign@bentley.edu

Step 3: Complete all relevant sections. Do NOT complete any section that begins with Chair Comments. Therefore, you will need to add something in the following areas:
- Teaching and Curriculum Development Activity and Resources Narrative/ Instructional Activity Plans
- Scholarly Activity and Resources Narrative / Scholarly Activity Plans
- Service Activities and Resources Narrative / Service Plans
- Professional Development Narrative / Professional Development Plans
- Overall Narrative and Profile Request / Overall Self-Assessment
Please note!
FAR does NOT autosave your comments as you write them. If you navigate away from the page, FAR times out after 60 minutes of inactivity, or you lose Internet connection without selecting one of the Save options, it will be lost. To avoid this, select the Save button periodically to save what you have done. Alternatively, you can write your comments in a savable document and copy and paste your answers here when you’re ready.

Step 4: When you are ready to submit your report, select the Submit for Review button. This will send it to the appropriate department chair for review and approval.

You have now submitted your annual activity report and can return to the Interfolio homepage.

IMPORTANT INFO
Planning Report
In FAR, we’ve combined the annual activity and planning report into one combined activity report. You will continue to enter separate sets of activity/resources and planning narratives, which will all feed into a single, combined activity report.
SET's Quantitative Data
SET's quantitative data is no longer added to your annual reports. Your chairs will receive your SETs quantitative results elsewhere so you do not need to send that data to your chair.
If you want to look up your SETs results, please see this link for more information: https://www.bentley.edu/offices/registrar/sets
If you want to view student comments (which are only accessible to you as the instructor): select here: https://www.bentley.edu/offices/registrar/sets-starting-spring-2010-comments
