Introduction
There might be some instances when it makes sense to duplicate an activity rather than starting from scratch. Perhaps it’s a conference you present for regularly or a journal you have been published in multiple times. If the information is the same or even fairly similar, it can be easier to duplicate an activity rather than create a completely new one.
Instructions
Step 1: If you haven’t already, log into Interfolio at: https://account.interfolio.com/sso
If you forget how to log in, you can always review this instructional doc: How do I log into Interfolio?
Step 2: Select Activities from the menu on the left.

Step 3: On your Activities page, you can go to whichever section you would like. If you cannot see the details of a specific item, select the blue triangle to see all the section’s information and review its details.

Step 4: Once you find the item you wish to delete, select the overlapping squares icon to the right.

Step 5: The information from the item you are duplicating will appear. You can leave the entry as is or you can make any relevant changes for this new item.
Please note that the fields might be slightly different than what you see below depending on what area you are editing.

Step 6: Once you have completed everything you would like, scroll to the bottom and you will see a number of save options. You can select whichever one is appropriate. You will most often select Save and Go Back, which will take you back to the Activities section.

The new item will now appear in your Activities!
