Bentley Career Services Ranked #1 in U.S. by Princeton Review for Third Straight Year
For the third year in a row, Bentley University is ranked #1 in the country for “Best Career Services” in the Princeton Review 2026 Best Colleges guide. This marks the 13th consecutive year that Bentley’s Pulsifer Career Development Center has been ranked among the top five in the United States, highlighting Bentley’s emphasis on successful outcomes for its students.
This year’s Princeton Review ranking is one of many acknowledgements Bentley has received demonstrating its strong career development and return on investment. The university was recently named #8 in the country for return on investment by U.S. News and World Report, ahead of Harvard, Yale, Duke and Georgetown. Bentley is also ranked one of the top 10 universities in the country where graduates earn the highest salaries 10 years after graduation, according to the HEA Group, an education research firm that analyzes U.S. Department of Education data.
99% of Class of 2024 is Employed or Attending Graduate School
Bentley provides this strong return on investment by aligning closely with the changing marketplace and teaching skills that prepare students for jobs of the future. The university recently launched new majors in artificial intelligence and financial technology and provides many opportunities for internships and other hands-on learning.
Students connect with the Pulsifer Career Development Center their first year on campus. Each year, more than 95% of first-year students take a career design seminar where they identify their personal strengths and talents and find out how those can affect their career. Bentley also offers career design seminars designed for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Bentley’s comprehensive approach leads to strong results: For more than 15 consecutive years, 97% to 99% of Bentley graduates have been employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months of graduation. According to data from the most recent class of 2024, 99% of graduates are employed or attending graduate school, with a median starting salary of $72,000.
