Community Engagement Sessions

Nov. 5, 2021

Dear Students,

Over the course of the 2021 – 2022 academic year, Bentley is engaging in a strategic positioning process that will articulate a new vision for the university’s next decade – one that reflects the many challenges and opportunities we face. Higher education is changing fast. These changes present both challenges and opportunities to adapt and serve you, our students, in new and meaningful ways.

Now is the time for Bentley to renew our position as a leader and innovator in preparing students for a 21st century economy. Fortunately, innovation and reinvention are part of Bentley’s DNA. To ensure we get this strategy right, I need your help.

We launched this process to help our community collectively envision how Bentley can continue to reinvent business education. Four strategic priority committees are guiding the work of this important process: Student Experience; Culture and Values; Resource Stewardship, Revenue Growth and Diversification; and Positioning and Partnerships. The important work of these committees will benefit from the thoughtful involvement of students, faculty, staff and alumni along the way, and I’m excited to share the first opportunity for our community to get involved.

Over the course of the next two weeks, each committee will hold its first virtual session to begin collecting input from our community. As student involvement will play a crucial role in envisioning our future, I invite you to join a session and participate in these thoughtful discussions.

You may sign up for any and all of these sessions by clicking on the links below:

Reimagining the future of our university is an exciting opportunity. I’m thankful that we will be able to do so together, and look forward to working alongside you, our students who make Bentley such a special place.

Most Sincerely,
President Chrite
