Undergraduate International Student Orientation-Fall 2026
Undergraduate International students who register for the International Student Orientation will be able to arrive on campus early and move into their residence halls on August 25th. They will attend three days (August 25th to August 27th) of specialized international student programming and be matched with a Peer Mentor to assist and support them while they are at Bentley.

International Student Orientation Schedule- August 25th-August 27th
Tuesday, August 25

| 2:00–4:00 p.m. | Target TripLocation: Pickup outside of Collins Students visit a local department store to purchase essentials and supplies needed for settling in. |
| 5:30–7:00 p.m. | Welcome ReceptionLocation: LaCava Center, Executive Dining Room Students and their families/friends are welcomed with light refreshments and an opportunity to meet fellow new students. |
| 9:00–11:00 p.m. | Rep Your Flag PartyLocation: Student Center, Backbay ABC Meet new friends, enjoy snacks, and celebrate your culture with students from the MOSAIC program. |

| 10:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Family Information SessionLocation: Lindsay 30 Family members meet with members of CISS, University Police, Academic Advising, and Wellness to cover immigration policy, campus safety, and physical, emotional, and academic wellbeing. |
| 10:30–11:30 a.m. | F-1 and J-1 Immigration SessionsLocation: Koumantzelis Auditorium and Lindsay 28 Learn about U.S. immigration regulations, maintaining status, required documents, enrollment and travel requirements, employment authorization, and CISS resources. |
| 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Student PanelLocation: Koumantzelis Auditorium Students will engage in an interactive panel with International Student Peer Mentors to discuss their experience at Bentley and learn tips and tricks for a successful first year. |

| 10:15–11:15 a.m. | Academic Success and U.S. Classroom CultureLocation: Student Center, Backbay ABC Students will learn about U.S. classroom culture, teaching and learning styles, academic integrity, community with professors, and campus support resources. |
| 11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Health and Wellbeing in the U.S.Location: Student Center, Backbay ABC Students will hear from staff from the offices of Wellbeing and the Health and Counseling Centers to discuss the services they provide and the importance of overall wellbeing. |
| 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. | Vendor FairLocation: Student Center Do you need to open a bank account or purchase a cell phone plan? This is a chance to meet with representatives from various companies and learn about your options. |
