Undergraduate International Student Orientation-Fall 2026
Undergraduate International students who register for the International Student Orientation will be able to arrive on campus early and move into their residence halls on August 25th. They will attend three days (August 25th to August 27th) of specialized international student programming and then attend the New Falcon Experience Program with all students.

| 2:00–4:00 p.m. | Target Trip | Pickup outside of Collins | Students visit a local department store to purchase essentials and supplies needed for settling into campus life. |
| 5:30–7:00 p.m. | Welcome Reception | LaCava Center, Executive Dining Room | Students and their families and friends are welcomed with light refreshments and an opportunity to meet fellow new students. |
| 9:00–11:00 p.m. | Rep Your Flag Party | Student Center, Back Bay ABC | Meet new friends, enjoy snacks and celebrate your culture with students from the MOSAIC program. |

| 10:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Family Information Session | Lindsay 30 | Family members meet with representatives from CISS, University Police, Academic Advising and Wellness to discuss immigration policy, campus safety, and student wellbeing. |
| 10:30–11:30 a.m. | F-1 and J-1 Immigration Sessions | Koumantzelis Auditorium and Lindsay 28 | Learn about U.S. immigration regulations, maintaining status, required documents, enrollment and travel requirements, employment authorization, and CISS resources. |
| 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Student Panel | Koumantzelis Auditorium | International Student Peer Mentors discuss their experiences at Bentley and share tips for a successful first year. |

| 10:15–11:15 a.m. | Academic Success and U.S. Classroom Culture | Student Center, Back Bay ABC | Learn about U.S. classroom culture, teaching and learning styles, academic integrity, working with professors, and campus support resources. |
| 11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Health and Wellbeing in the U.S. | Student Center, Back Bay ABC | Hear from the offices of Wellbeing and the Health and Counseling Centers about available services and overall wellbeing. |
| 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. | Vendor Fair | Student Center | Meet representatives from local companies to learn about banking, cell phone plans and other services available to students. |
| 12:00–1:00 p.m. | Lunch | Student Center, 921 Dining Hall | Lunch for students. |
| 1:30–3:00 p.m. | Immunization Clinic | Student Center, Bubble | Students who still need required immunizations can receive them during this clinic. |
All new undergraduate international students will be automatically enrolled in the Peer Mentor Program and matched with a Peer Mentor to assist and support them while they are at Bentley.
