What is the International Peer Mentor Program?
The International Peer Mentor Program was created to help international students become acclimated to Bentley University. New students have the opportunity to work with a Peer Mentor, whom they meet during International Student Orientation. Peer Mentors will assist new students with practical matters such as getting a phone, opening a bank account, and understanding local transportation. After the first Peer Mentor meeting during International Student Orientation, Peer Mentors will stay in touch with their mentees throughout their first semester and check in on their social, emotional, and academic progress, while they are adjusting to life at Bentley and in the United States.
What are International Peer Mentors?
International Peer Mentors are international student sophomores, juniors, or seniors at Bentley University who have applied and been selected to hold this position. They are trained and given the opportunity to support incoming international students.
