How We Hire

It's very important to us that we find the right people for the University, so we've created a process that will help us get to know each other and work together to match your interests and skills with the right opportunities. 


Find Your Position

On this site you can familiarize yourself with opportunities that are of most interest to you, and then target the positions best suited to your skills and experience. Select "Faculty” or “Staff” and customize your search to locate a position that interests you. Then select "apply" to create and submit your on-line Application for the job opening. Browse jobs


Talk To A Recruiter

Based on a review of your application and resume, you may be contacted via phone (“phone screen”) by a member of our recruiting team to discuss your experience and the position for which you applied. 





Based on our initial discussions, we may schedule a time for you to meet one-on-one with others at our organization. Upon completion of the interview process, we will determine if an offer will be extended to you.




You Are Hired!

And last but not least, upon acceptance of our offer, your recruiter will help you coordinate your start date and you will be contacted by a member of our on-boarding team with details of your new hire process and training.
