Test Room
Exam Accommodation Directions
- The student must contact their professor one week in advance of the exam. If the student does not, accommodations are provided at the professor’s discretion.
- The student and professor must try to make exam arrangements (start early, stay late, take the exam in an empty classroom or during office hours, etc.).
- It is the responsibility of the student and professor to coordinate academic accommodations once the student makes a request one week in advance.
- If the student and professor cannot arrange a day/time for the exam, the professor must complete a Test Room Request Form
Test Room
*The Test Room is only available to students registered with Student Accessibility Services.
- Open Monday through Friday.
- Exams start at 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm on Wednesdays for graduate students only.
- To complete the request form, students must send the following information to the professor:
- Day (Monday through Friday)
- Time (9 am or 12 pm, or 3:00 pm for graduate students only)
- Accommodationsrequested
- Student Accessibility Services is not responsible for completing any portion of the request form and incomplete forms cannot be processed
- The Test Room Request Form must be submitted (via the online link: Test Room Request Form ) to Student Accessibility Services at least two business days prior to the exam.
- Student Accessibility Services will confirm the request within one business day.
- All exams must be submitted to Student Accessibility Services one business day prior to the exam date. Paper exams must be hand delivered to JEN 334 (Student Accessibility Services cannot accept exams via email).
- All students and professors utilizing the Test Room must read the Test Room Policies and Procedures document prior to the student’s exam date.
