Student Employment Update
Jobs for the 2025-26 academic year are now open to all students. If you would like to gain access to apply for on-campus jobs, please click here and provide your name and Bentley ID. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
On-Campus Employment
Jobs open to students with a Federal Work Study award for 2025-2026 in August. A Federal Work Study award does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain employment, but it gives you priority to apply for open positions. Many jobs fill quickly, so start your job search process early.
Employment listings are updated continuously and are separated by Undergraduate or Graduate. The search process works much like a real-life job search. You decide which positions interest you and then apply for the positions through Workday.
To Apply for Jobs Through Workday
- Undergraduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Undergraduate)
- Graduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Graduate)
Detailed directions are in these job aids How to Apply for Student Employment Jobs or How to Apply for Graduate Student Employment Jobs.
Other On Campus Employment
Sodexo (Dining Services) is not considered on-campus employment because the employer is not Bentley. However, you may find a Sodexo student worker position in one of the several dining locations across campus—Harry's Pub, 921 Dining Hall, La Cava Café, Catering, and the Dana Center. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with flexible hours, and you receive free meals before or after your shift.
If interested, email GA_BentleyDining@bentley.edu or apply here.
Off-Campus Employment
We currently do not post jobs for off-campus employment. If you are an employer wishing to hire Bentley students for part-time work, we encourage you to use social platforms such as Nextdoor or Facebook for local town job postings.
Please be aware that Bentley University does not endorse any company listed through these platforms. Students should exercise good judgment when researching and applying for off-campus employment opportunities.
