Employment Information

Jobs are now open to all current students on campus for 2020-2021.

Please e-mail Student Employment with your name and Bentley ID number so that you can gain access to apply for on-campus jobs.

On-Campus Employment

Jobs are open to students with Federal Work Study for 2019-2020. Being awarded FWS does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain employment but gives you the opportunity to apply for jobs. Many positions fill quickly, so start your job search process early.

Employment listings are updated continuously and are separated by grade level (Undergraduate or Graduate). The search process works much like a real-life job search. You decide which positions interest you, and then apply for the positions through Workday. Once you have accepted a job through Workday you may need to complete a federal I-9 form.

To Apply for Jobs Through Workday

  • Undergraduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Undergraduate)

  • Graduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Graduate)

Non Student Employment On Campus Jobs

Having trouble finding a job on campus? Sodexo (Dining Services) is looking for student employees. They will consider all applicants regardless of FWS eligibility. If interested in their opportunities please view their Sodexo Flyer for more information and how to apply.
