Employment Information

Student Employment Update

Jobs for the 2021-22 academic year are now open to all students. If you would like to gain access to apply for on-campus jobs please click here and provide your name and Bentley ID. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

On-Campus Employment

Jobs are open to students with Federal Work Study for 2021-2022. Being awarded FWS does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain employment but gives you the opportunity to apply for jobs. Many positions fill quickly, so start your job search process early.

Employment listings are updated continuously and are separated by grade level (Undergraduate or Graduate). The search process works much like a real-life job search. You decide which positions interest you, and then apply for the positions through Workday. Once you have accepted a job through Workday you may need to complete a federal I-9 form.

To Apply for Jobs Through Workday

  • Undergraduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Undergraduate)

  • Graduates: Go to Workday. Log in to Workday > Student Student Employment > Find Jobs for Students (Graduate)

Students should exercise good judgment when researching and applying for off campus employment opportunities.
