Student Accounts is responsible for billing and collecting fees for tuition, housing, meal plans, health insurance, parking and any other applicable fees. Our goal is to work with students and parents to resolve outstanding balances.

Important Student Account Dates
| Fall Undergraduate Students | Balance due in full | August 5th |
| Fall Graduate Students | Balance due in full | September 2nd |
| Fall Semester, All Students | Payment Plan | Aug – Nov 15th of the month. Last day to enroll: Sept 20th. |
| Winter Three-Week Intensives | Balance due in full | December 29th |
| Winter One-Week Intensives | Balance due in full | January 12th |
| Spring Undergraduate Students | Balance due in full | January 6th |
| Spring Graduate Students | Balance due in full | January 20th |
| Spring Semester, All Students | Payment Plan | December – March, 15th of the month. Last day to enroll: January 26th. |
Note: Charges posted after the due date must be paid in full upon generation of the billing statement. If any due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the actual due date is the following business day.
