Bentley Tuition Payment Options
Bentley makes it easy to pay your tuition providing multiple options including ACH/eCheck, credit card, a payment plan, cryptocurrency, check and more.
ACH/E-Check
Electronic checks are payments made directly from your bank account at no additional cost. They can be initiated from within Workday. This payment method requires your bank ABA/routing number and account number (not a debit card number). Instruction can be found in student online payment job aid. There is a $5.00 fee for all returned ACH/E-Checks.
Other Payment Options
Payment Plan
Bentley University offers semester payment plans, which include a maximum of four (fall/spring) or two (summer) installments. The number of installments available is based on the date of enrollment in the plan.
- Fall dates are August 15 through November15
- Spring dates are December 15 through March 15
- Summer dates are May 15 and June 15
Only students can enroll in the payment plan. Once enrolled, parents/guardians with third party access can make payments to the payment plan. Students must complete the enrollment process each semester they would like to participate. The enrollment process opens when student bills become available for each semester.
Enrolling in the payment plan is a two-step process, completed online in the Workday portal. Type "Sign Up for a Payment Plan" in the search bar. There is a $35 enrollment fee that will be charged to the account at the time of enrollment. Once a student hits submit, they will be prompted to "Review Documents" and complete the payment plan terms and conditions. The terms and conditions form must be completed to officially be enrolled in the plan. Please note, there is not autopay option, so students and those with third party access are encouraged to set monthly reminders for payment.
Payments will automatically adjust when new charges are posted and if/when financial aid is adjusted. Late installment payments are subject to a financial hold and a $20 late payment fee. Two consecutive missed payments will result in being removed from payment, a total late payment fee of $100, and the full balance will be due immediately.
International Payments

Cryptocurrency
Students and families can pay make payments with cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC. Click the button below to be brought to a form. Once you fill it out with basic information including the student's name and Bentley ID, you will be directed to the payment page to complete the transaction.

Checks payable to Bentley University with the top portion of the bill and student ID# written on the check can be mailed to:

Check payments can be made in person at the Cashier's Office, Rauch Administration Building, Room 123. If the Cashier's Office is closed, we provide payment envelopes and have a secure drop box for you to make payments. The payment will be posted to your account on the next business day. There is a $40.00 fee for all returned checks.
Credit Card
Credit card payments can be made using the instructions in the student online payment job aid. The service fees for domestic card payments will be 2.95%. The service fees for international card payments will be 4.25%. The minimum service fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $106 will be $3.
Employer ACH or Credit Card Employee Tuition Payment
Click here to make a payment and select the Employer Payment option from the menu. The following information is required to make this payment: Student name, student’s Bentley ID number or date of birth.
Outside Scholarship Provider ACH or Credit Card Scholarship Recipient Payment
