Student Accounts maintains the student account. Bentley University utilizes Workday Student System, a cloud based and fully self-service student records and financial transaction system.

All students are also assessed a student health insurance fee of $2,481, which is subject to change annually and will be updated prior to the start of the new academic year. The fee can be waived if you can demonstrate comparable coverage under your family plan. You will receive more information on the waiver process with your fall term bill.

Tuition for all of Bentley’s graduate programs is billed at the per-course rate. Total tuition for your program can be estimated based on the number of courses required. All MS programs require at least 10 courses (30 credits), while the MBA requires at least 12 courses (36 credits). Some programs require additional foundation courses that may be waived based on your academic and professional background. Billing Information

Parent Accounts

If a parent or other third party is responsible for managing the student finances, the student must set up the parent/third party access via Workday Student Self-Service.

Bentley does not generate billing statements. Student account statements are available in Workday Student and Third Party Self-Service along with the access to generate a PDF version of the statement at any time.  

Late payment fees may be added to balances that have been outstanding for more than 30 days.

Student Responsibilities

Each semester, all students are required to agree to the "Terms and Conditions of Payment Obligation" through the Workday Onboarding process. It is the student's responsibility to update address changes on Workday Student Self Service.
