July 20 to 24

Score valuable experience in leadership, business and fitness with Bentley's Sports Business and Performance Pre-College Program. Each morning you will participate in sports performance workouts led by Bentley's strength and conditioning staff. You’ll spend the afternoons exploring the business side of sports with Bentley faculty, learning how to manage teams, organize events and make data-driven decisions that shape winning organizations. Through hands-on projects and interactive sessions, you’ll develop critical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills essential to thriving in today’s fast-paced sports industry. 

Explore how strategy, teamwork and innovation drive success both on and off the field. and discover how to turn your love of the game into a future career in sports management.

Students will need to register as residential students in order to access showers for in-between workout and classroom break.

Director of Athletic Performance

Dance came to Bentley from American International, where he served as the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. At AIC, Dance implemented and supervised year-round training programs for all of the Yellow Jackets’ athletic teams. Prior to AIC, Dance was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at both Quinnipiac and Bryant University, where he worked with many of their varsity sports teams.
