Instructions for CITI:
Anyone with a Bentley University email address can register and take courses on the CITI Program website. Bentley has a subscription and there is no additional cost to you for the training. If you have an existing account from a previous institution, you can affiliate your account with Bentley.
To register for an account:
Enter the CITI program site. Click REGISTER and enter BENTLEY UNIVERSITY. For Human Subjects training, choose Social and Behavioral Focus Research Basic Course. This course includes modules such as: the federal regulations, informed consent, research with children, prisoners, in public and elementary schools, international research, etc.
There is also a course for STUDENTS that includes modules on authorship, collaborative research, conflicts of interest, data management, mentoring, peer review, research misconduct, plagiarism, and using animal subjects in research.
