Niko is a Business Model Mentor at Bentley University, where he supports student entrepreneurs in developing scalable, execution-ready business models. He works closely with founders to clarify value propositions, align incentives, and translate ideas into sustainable operating strategies. Niko brings a founder-led perspective shaped by building and advising technology-enabled ventures across services, marketplace, and SaaS models. His background includes business model architecture, go-to-market strategy, pricing logic, and early traction frameworks. At Bentley’s E-Hub, he collaborates alongside experienced professionals to challenge assumptions, strengthen strategic clarity, and help teams design businesses grounded in real-world feasibility and long-term durability.
