Growing as a Research Leader

Áine Russell, MPH
CORTEX Program Manager
BIDMC, Department of Neurology

"When I decided to pursue my MBA at Bentley, I was looking for a program that would strengthen my managerial and financial skills to better support the growing research initiatives at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. As Research Program Manager, I’ve seen firsthand how the coursework, especially in leadership, accounting, and project management, has directly enhanced my ability to lead complex studies and collaborate across departments. One of the most valuable aspects of the program has been learning alongside other professionals within the BILH network. The shared context and challenges have made classroom discussions more relevant and actionable. I’m excited to carry these skills forward as I continue to grow in my role."
