Bentley University is ranked the top college in the country for “Best Career Services” by The Princeton Review for the fourth straight year.

This is also the 14th consecutive year that Bentley’s Pulsifer Career Development Center has been ranked among the top five in the United States, showcasing the university’s strong return on investment and its focus on ensuring successful outcomes for students.

Rankings Based on Student Experience

The rankings in The Princeton Review’s 2027 Best Colleges guide are based on student surveys and feedback, reflecting students’ perceptions of the value and effectiveness of the resources and support provided by Bentley’s Career Development team.

“Career services showed me how to take the initiative when connecting with employers at career events, on LinkedIn, and even through the application process. I gained organizational and preparation skills that helped me find a full-time job before graduating,” said Ridge Gonzales ’24, a Marketing major who went to work as a business analyst at Boston Scientific after graduation.

“Bentley students engage deeply during their time as students — in the classroom, by getting involved in student groups, holding leadership positions and in our career courses and workshops. This engagement makes the students truly shine when they meet with the numerous Bentley alumni and corporate partners who participate in the events, panels and career fairs we host every year. This ranking is a true campus accomplishment,” says Janet Ehl, Assistant Vice President, Pulsifer Career Development Center.

Recognition Beyond Career Services

Students also ranked Bentley among the top colleges in the country in other important areas highlighted by The Princeton Review, including:

  • No. 5 Best-Run Colleges
  • No. 17 Best Student Support and Counseling Services
  • No. 23 Their Students Love These Colleges

These recognitions underscore Bentley's investment in every aspect of student success, from strong institutional leadership and operations to robust support services and a campus culture that emphasizes connection, wellbeing and belonging.
