We have made this process seamless in Workday. Our Enrollment Verification is an official document issued by the Office of the Registrar and can include and not limited to the following information:

Bentley ID Number
Course Credit Count
Date of Birth
Degree Program
Expected Completion Date

Enrollment Status
Expected Completion Date
Full Name
Semesters Attended
Start & End dates for each semester

Enrollment Verification Process (Workday)

Note: Enrollment Verifications are typically available approximately two weeks after the add/drop period ends.

Students may receive the following message on their file if they request it before the upcoming semester’s add/drop deadline: The Academic Period Record data below is considered preliminary for semester(s) currently in progress or not yet started. Students are permitted to drop courses without record during the first two weeks of the semester and enrollment data may change.

To request an Enrollment Verification in Workday:

  1. Log into Workday and click Menu, then select the Academics widget.

  2. On the right panel, under Enrollment Verification, choose Enrollment Report for Download/Print. Students can also access the National Student Clearinghouse by selecting Clearinghouse – Send Enrollment Certificate to Third Party.

  3. The report will automatically include student's name, student ID, academic level, degree type, enrollment start and end dates, enrollment status, and current semester details. Students may also choose to include additional information such as all semesters (including future), date of birth, home address, expected completion date, major, earned credentials, credit count, and GPA. Select any additional details they wish to include, then click OK.

  4. Students will receive a notification in their Workday inbox when the file is ready. Click the file to open or download/print it.
