Graduate Students & Staff Share Their Excitement About Fall Campus Return

We can hardly contain our excitement about the news of returning to campus beginning Fall 2021! In this blog post you will find quotes from graduate students and staff on what they are most looking forward to back on campus.

" "

Karen Machisa, MSAA '21: "This will be my last year at Bentley University but my first-year learning on campus, I am looking forward to experiencing campus life - being able to go to the cafeteria or library, meeting new people, attending in-person activities, and utilizing the resources such as the Trading Room, ACELAB to name a few."

Olive Umeh, MBA '22: "I am looking forward to networking opportunities, and ultimately job leads to jumpstart my career. Also, I cannot wait to meet with my friends and share some boba tea from our favorite boba spot near Waltham."

Eugenia Yanes Barreto, MSDI '22: "I am looking forward to getting a cup of coffee and a bagel from Einstein Bros. Bagels and studying in the library sofas. I’m also looking forward to meeting my future classmates in person."

Alyssa Orlando, Senior Assistant Director, Graduate Admission: "I am excited to resume our in-person team rituals that have been challenging to replicate virtually, but looking forward to continue the innovation we've cultivated over the last year to make the graduate student experience more flexible for prospective students from all over the world."

Glisery Colón, Senior Associate Director, Graduate Admission: "I am looking forward in welcoming our new students in person and meeting our those who enrolled remotely last year! Coming back to campus is an exciting time for Bentley University, we are a community that gathers to celebrate the success of our students, faculty and staff contributions. I can't wait to see our campus flourish with people!"
