Alyssa Orlando rejoined Bentley's graduate admission team in 2026 as Director of Admissions Recruitment. She previously worked on the team from 2018 to 2022 as assistant through associate director. Prior to returning, she served as Senior Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment at Clark University, leading recruitment strategy and enrollment growth across a diverse graduate portfolio.
Alyssa holds a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College. She is an active contributor to the graduate enrollment field through research and conference presentations, serving on the executive board of NEGAP from 2021-2026. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her 3-year-old son and competing in powerlifting.
Elizabeth joined the Bentley community in 2024. Originally from California, she holds a BA in psychology from Occidental College and an MEd in student affairs from UCLA. Prior to joining Bentley, Elizabeth worked for the Institute for Educational Advancement, Boston College, and Brandeis University. She is also an independent career coach.
Michelle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley in October 2021. She is originally from Beijing, China. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master’s degree from Duke University. Prior to joining Bentley, she had worked in undergraduate admissions for five years, deeply involved in student recruitment and the development of partnership programs.
Kyle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. Prior to joining Bentley, he had worked for a tech-based startup assisting in marketing outreach, as well as internal policy and culture development centered around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Kyle is an alumni of Bentley University’s undergraduate program, earning his B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a Liberal Studies Major in Global Perspectives.
Diana Sunder joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in July of 2024. Prior to this she had been working as an experienced recruiter and admission officer in Undergraduate Admission at Bentley University since 2019. She graduated from Colby College in 2013 with a degree in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing and then from Boston College in 2017 with a Masters in English Literature. She is an Off-Broadway playwright and taught a writing class at Boston College.
Shawn joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College with a concentration in Marketing. While at Stonehill, Shawn was involved in multiple groups and organizations on campus including the event planning committee, as well as being an orientation leader in the Summer. Before joining Bentley, he had worked as an insurance agent.
Anastasia joined the Bentley community in April 2026. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she received her B.A. in Psychology and Performing & Media Arts from Cornell University, as well as her M.A. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Methods from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the Graduate Admissions team, Anastasia worked at Northeastern University as an Academic Coordinator, where she focused on supporting current and prospective engineering students in achieving academic success.
Joshua joined the Graduate Admissions Team at Bentley University in December 2022. Prior to working at Bentley Joshua worked as a social media manager, a customer service specialist, and a General Manager at a fast-casual restaurant. Joshua earned his B.A. in Interactive Media Development from Becker College, and his M.S. in Project Management from Boston University. Joshua spent his time in Undergrad as a Resident Assistant, Lead Admissions Ambassador, and Orientation Leader.
