Alyssa Orlando rejoined Bentley's graduate admission team in 2026 as Director of Admissions Recruitment. She previously worked on the team from 2018 to 2022 as assistant through associate director. Prior to returning, she served as Senior Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment at Clark University, leading recruitment strategy and enrollment growth across a diverse graduate portfolio.
Alyssa holds a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College. She is an active contributor to the graduate enrollment field through research and conference presentations, serving on the executive board of NEGAP from 2021-2026. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her 3-year-old son and competing in powerlifting.
Elizabeth joined the Bentley community in 2024. Originally from California, she holds a BA in psychology from Occidental College and an MEd in student affairs from UCLA. Prior to joining Bentley, Elizabeth worked for the Institute for Educational Advancement, Boston College, and Brandeis University. She is also an independent career coach.
Michelle joined the Bentley Graduate Admissions team in October 2021. Originally from Beijing, China, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her Master’s degree from Duke University. Prior to joining Bentley, she spent five years working in undergraduate admissions, where she was deeply involved in student recruitment and the development of strategic partnership programs.
Kyle joined Bentley University's Graduate Admissions team in April 2022 and currently serves as Associate Director of Graduate Admission. Prior to joining Bentley, he worked at a technology startup supporting marketing initiatives and contributed to internal policy and culture development.
A proud Bentley alumni, Kyle earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a Liberal Studies Major in Global Perspectives, as well as a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design.
Diana Sunder is Associate Director of Graduate Admission at Bentley University, where she works with prospective graduate students as they navigate the admissions process and consider the next stage of their education and careers. She joined Bentley’s Graduate Admission team in 2024 after five years in Undergraduate Admission, bringing extensive experience in student recruitment, application review, and admissions strategy. Her work at Bentley has brought her to China, Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, the Dominican Republic, and India.
Alongside her work in higher education, Diana has an extensive background in writing, literature, and teaching. Diana earned her B.A. in English from Colby College, with a concentration in Creative Writing, and her M.A. in English from Boston College. Her background in storytelling continues to shape the way she approaches admissions: helping people articulate who they are, what they want, and where they hope to go next. She has taught writing at Boston College and is an Off-Broadway playwright whose work has been recognized in several festivals.
Shawn joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College with a concentration in Marketing. While at Stonehill, Shawn was involved in multiple groups and organizations on campus including the event planning committee, as well as being an orientation leader in the Summer. Before joining Bentley, he had worked as an insurance agent.
Anastasia joined the Bentley community in April 2026. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she received her B.A. in Psychology and Performing & Media Arts from Cornell University, as well as her M.A. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Methods from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the Graduate Admissions team, Anastasia worked at Northeastern University as an Academic Coordinator, where she focused on supporting current and prospective engineering students in achieving academic success.
