UXC Graduate Assistantship

The User Experience Center Graduate Assistantship (UXC GA) is a unique opportunity for students starting the MS in Human Factors in Information Design program to gain real-world experience while significantly reducing tuition costs. Blending the benefits of a scholarship and hands-on assistantship, this competitive award is offered to a limited number of students each fall and spring based on the number of openings available at the Bentley’s User Experience Center (UXC).

Selected students are contracted for a full year (including fall, spring, and summer semesters) to work as research associates—up to 20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week in the summer. In return, they receive $15/hour for their work during the fall and spring semesters and $20 an hour during the summer semester, as well as a 40% tuition reduction for up to 10 courses (excluding Global Business Experiences). Please note: the UXC GA replaces other scholarships or merit aid and cannot be combined with additional awards.
