"Research Reaching out: Translating the Impact of Scholarship to the Public"

The Bentley Research Council seminar, "Research Researching Out: Translating the Impact of Scholarship to the Public," provided a forum for faculty members from Bentley University and the MIT Sloan School of Management to share experiences and insights on how to extend scholarship and research to audiences beyond campus.

The seminar was hosted by the Bentley Research Council, which provides leadership on research at Bentley in three ways:

- By developing and articulating a perspective on why research is essential to continuing and enhancing the achievement of Bentley’s mission.

- By presenting a clear vision of what constitutes quality research at Bentley and position this vision within the broader context of faculty scholarship.

- By supporting Bentley faculty as they pursue and enhance the quality of their research endeavors and advise academic leadership about actions and platforms needed to further Bentley’s research agenda.
