LaCava Quad Renovations

Improvements to a campus focal point

Kevin Maguire

Bentley Facilities Management know that first impressions are everything. So when it was discovered that the ash trees on the LaCava Quad were infected by the emerald ash borer beetle and would soon become a safety issue, two years of planning was set into motion. The end result is a beautiful renovation to a location that is for many, a grand first impression to campus.

Take a listen as below Jon Nattinville, director of construction and planning, and Michael Wade, space planning Administrator, explain why this renovation project was needed and the beautiful outcome that was created during summer break.
