VIDEO: How students are staying connected to Bentley

Texts and Instagram posts. FaceTime calls and emails.

From kitchen tables and family rooms across the country and the world, Bentley students sent home by the pandemic have been trying to stay in touch, isolated by the miles between them but connected by the virtual university community that has sprung up. It hasn't been easy -- "I miss everything about being on campus," said one student -- but students are adapting.

Club meetings by Zoom. Google Hangouts with friends. Trivia nights with classmates and heart-to-hearts with new mentors

In this video (below) by Bentley multimedia producer Kevin Maguire, students share their experiences during quarantine from the intimacy of their homes. Their disappointment and confusion. Resignation and acceptance. And then, most of all, their resilience and hope.

"At the end of the day," says one student, "we're going to come back to Bentley and it's going to be OK."
