Erin Kelley, PhD, Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness

19 years at Bentley in multiple roles across Academic and Student Affairs. Works with faculty to oversee assurance of learning (assessment),accreditation liaison, supports the university in accessing data needed for decision support.

Kyle J. McGuire, Assistant Director of Business Intelligence, will be celebrating his 15th year at Bentley University this year. While with Bentley, Kyle has specialized in a number of research projects and has become a leader within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in survey design and research methodology. Kyle has helped design and administer major University projects including the Bentley Equity Experience Survey, Undergraduate and Graduate Career Outcomes Surveys, Undergraduate, Graduate, and Transfer Admitted Student Questionnaires, and other annualized surveys. Additionally, he has served as a data lead for Bentley’s AACSB and NECHE Accreditations and recently completed a two year term on Bentley University’s Inclusive Excellence Council. Outside of Bentley, Kyle likes to play music, attend concerts and hockey games (Go B’s!), and spend time with his family.

Kayla is an Assistant Director within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness with over ten years of experience at Bentley. Her work covers a wide range of topics including: Reporting enrollment figures, Undergraduate and Graduate Career Outcomes and reporting, managing high-stakes internal and external surveys (US News) and serving as a Swipe Out Hunger Committee member. Using a mentality for data transparency, she additionally develop both internal and external dashboards for stakeholders to learn about the university. Kayla is particularly proud of her work with internal surveys, where she uses her methodical analytical skills to help shape an enjoyable and equitable student experience. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time on hobbies such as reading and cooking and spending time with her young child and adorable hound dog.

Business Analyst II

Lawrence McGill is a Business Analyst II at Bentley University and has been with the team for four years. In his role, he builds reports that help turn complex data into clear insights for campus partners and leadership, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Lawrence also leads Bentley’s external survey reporting and analysis, helping the university better understand key trends and benchmarks. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, sports analytics, traveling and working out.

Will is a Business Analyst II with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. He has been working at Bentley for four years and primarily works with UG and Grad Career Services departments to send out statistics and rankings info to them based off of the Career Outcomes Survey for graduating students. In addition to this impactful work, he enjoys creating websites for the teams he has worked with and likes being creative when setting up dashboards for internal surveys. Outside of work Will focuses on plenty of hobbies to fill his time which can range from playing in local volleyball tournaments, music production, DJing, 3x3 rubiks cubing, violin, or video games.
