Cohort-Based Learning
Faculty Learning Communities
Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) are collaborative groups of faculty and staff who come together around a shared theme in teaching and learning to experiment, exchange ideas, and enhance student success through sustained, cross disciplinary dialogue and innovation.

Inclusive Teaching Fellows Initiative
The Inclusive Teaching Fellows is a cohort-based program that empowers faculty to create equitable, belonging-centered learning experiences for all students. Founded in 2023 and led by Georgia Madway, Ed.M It brings together faculty from across disciplines to explore and apply the best practices in Inclusive Teaching.
Strategic Involvement and Partnerships
The Badavas Center plays a strategic role in advancing Bentley’s teaching and learning mission through collaborations that extend across campus and beyond. We partner with academic departments, research centers, and industry organizations to design innovative programs, pilot new models of learning, and create meaningful impact for faculty, students and professional learners alike.
TIE Initiative
As a catalyst for innovation, the Badavas Center is working to develop strategies and programs to advance innovation in teaching and learning to maximize the new Adamian space and establish Bentley as a future-forward institution.
Falcon Discovery Seminar
The Badavas Center and Learning Design have been core collaborators in making Falcon Discovery Seminar an inclusive, enriching experience that sets our first-year students up for success at Bentley and in their communities.
Professional MBA
While developing the Professional MBA, our team has brought a fresh take to hybrid learning at Bentley. By combining thoughtfully designed online learning and impactful in-person experiences, this program give our learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts and learn from both our expert faculty and each other in a cohort-based learning environment.
Bentley Pre-College Programs
Partnering with faculty and campus collaborators, we design and deliver programs that immerse high school students in active, experiential learning. From curriculum to delivery, each element is crafted to spark curiosity, build foundational skills in business and innovation, and empower students to take ownership of their learning.
Executive and Professional Education
We lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Bentley’s Executive Education programs from ideation and digital design to program management ensuring each course meets the diverse needs of our learners. We also partner with custom program clients worldwide to create tailored learning experiences that advance their organizational goals.
