Welcome to CLIC! I am Alessia Dalsant, professor of Spanish and Italian language and culture, and director of the Center for Languages and International Collaboration. I have been a college professor since 2005, and I taught in a number of different institutions in the US. I am interested in Second Language Acquisition and the use of technology such as VR and AR to enhance language learning. At CLIC, I am eager to create a multicultural environment where cross-cultural interactions can flourish so that students can develop cultural and linguistic competencies.

¡Hola! My name is Sofia Flores, and I am a Spanish Language Partner at CLIC. I was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and am planning to major in Corporate Finance & Accounting with a double major in Computer Information Systems. Spanish is my native language, but I am also fluent in English and beginner in German. I am passionate about art, writing, and traveling. Every year, my family and I always visit new countries and immerse ourselves in different cultures. Spanish is a beautiful language, and I look forward to meeting new people and helping them improve it!

Hi! My name is Lucia Dominguez, and I’m a Marketing and Computer Information Systems double major. I grew up in Madrid and have lived there my whole life, which has given me a strong connection to the Spanish language and culture. I’m excited to support students as they build confidence in Spanish through conversation in a welcoming environment. Fun fact: I absolutely love dogs!
 

Hola! My name is Widad Sofia Coriat, and I’m a Spanish LP at CLIC! I was born and raised in Panama City, Panama, and my major is FinTech and Management. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and I’m learning Greek and Italian. I believe that learning and exploring new cultures is one of the best ways to learn more about the world around us. Some of my favorite things are traveling to new places, cooking, and reading. I look forward to helping people improve their Spanish-speaking skills!

Ciao! My name is Silvana Davi and I am an Italian LP at CLIC. I am a junior here at Bentley majoring in Economics-Finance and minoring in Law. I was born and raised on Long Island, New York and am in the process of pursuing my Italian dual citizenship. I have been traveling to Italy every year since I was a baby, as well as other countries all around the world. I grew up going to Italian school and speaking Italian with my grandparents. I have also just finished my semester abroad in Florence! Lastly, I am the President of the Bentley Italian Society. I am looking forward to helping students with their Italian here at Bentley!

¡Hola! My name is Valeria Díaz, and I am a Spanish Language Partner at CLIC. I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and I am a native Spanish speaker with strong bilingual proficiency in English and beginner-level French. I enjoy helping students build confidence in their conversational Spanish while also developing a deeper understanding of different cultures. I believe the best way to learn a language is by using it in real-life situations, through conversation and cultural connection. Outside of teaching, I love fashion, staying active, and exploring different cultures through traveling.  

Hi! My name is Isabelle Han and I will be a Chinese Language Partner at CLIC. I was born in Chongqing China, and I grew up in Toronto, Canada. I am planning to major in Finance. I am passionate about learning about new cultures and new languages. I speak English, Chinese, Cantonese, Latin, and Sichuanese dialects, and I am currently learning French. I love art, reading, and horseback riding. And let's not forget my love for trying out new food – count me in for any foodie adventures!

你好！Hello! My name is Tracy, and I will be a Chinese Language Partner at CLIC. I was born in Guangzhou, China, and grew up in New York City. I speak both Chinese and English fluently and have always been fascinated by the diverse cultures of the world, especially when it comes to food and makeup traditions. I love exploring different cuisines and beauty styles, finding joy in the little details that make each culture unique. I can't wait to help students enhance their language skills while sharing my enthusiasm for global cultures and creating an inspiring, welcoming learning environment!

Ciao! My name is Martina Lucianetti, and I am an Italian Language Partner at CLIC. My family is from Genova, Italy, but I spent a significant portion of my upbringing in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic. I am fluent in both English and Italian. My passions lie in travelling as I love immersing myself in the cultures that I visit and meeting new people.  

I am double-majoring in Marketing and Computer Information Systems with a minor in Management. I am thrilled about helping students to further improve their Italian, no matter the level or experience. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! A dopo! 

Hola a todos! I’m Matilde Ronchi, one of the Spanish and Italian LPs. I was born in Milan, Italy, and grew up in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. At Bentley, I’m double majoring in Finance and Marketing. I’m fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, and I speak intermediate French. Traveling and exploring new cultures are my greatest passions, and I’ve always believed that Spanish and Italian are among the most beautiful languages in the world. I’m excited to help you improve your language skills while sharing some of my favorite traditions and cultural insights. I can’t wait to meet you all, don’t hesitate to reach out! A presto!

Bonjour! My name is Giscard Saint-Surin, and I’m a Corporate Finance and Accounting major. I’m originally from Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, where I grew up speaking French, and Haitian Creole. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing soccer and traveling with friends and family. My background allows me to connect with learners from many different cultures, while also sharing my own. I look forward to supporting you on your French-learning journey and hopefully creating a welcoming space where you can practice at your own pace without feeling judged.

Hello! My name is Sofia Samper and I am a Spanish Language Partner at CLIC. I am a sophomore majoring in Business Economics with a concentration in Marketing. I was born in Madrid, raised in Ecuador until the age of ten, and then returned to Spain. Moving between cultures has allowed me to connect with diverse people and perspectives. Spanish is my native language, but I am also fluent in English and proficient in French. I have traveled to more than 21 countries and love exploring cultures, food, and experiences. Outside of academics, I am passionate about entrepreneurship as a member of the Bentley Entrepreneur Society and the Bentley Consulting Association. I enjoy tutoring, sharing my enthusiasm for learning, and helping students grow in their language journey.

I’m originally from Bolivia, a country and culture which I’m deeply proud of and always happy to share with others. My experience includes community service, fundraising work, and supporting diverse groups both at Bentley and in local programs. Through English-Spanish tutoring in service-learning, I have learned the importance of creating a comfortable environment where students can feel understood and supported. I like to focus on clear explanations, casual conversation and help learners build step by step their confidence. Outside academics, I enjoy running, taking photos with my digital camera, and trying new foods! I look forward to working with students at different levels of Spanish.

¡Hola! My name is Julian Zamora and I am a Spanish Language Partner here at CLIC! I am currently aspiring a double major in Finance and Technology and a minor in supply chain management. I'm from La Paz, Bolivia the highest capital city in the world. I speak both English and Spanish since I have been in an English-speaking school for my entire life. I love to play both soccer and tennis and love to watch both as well.
