Scheduling an Event
When reserving a room on campus, please be aware that The Conference Center may change your room, based on the greater need of other departments, and larger-scale events. These changes will be discussed with each planner before any changes are made.

Reservations should be made using the Bentley Reservations system: (http://ems.bentley.edu/VirtualEms/)

Please allow 24 business hours for receiving confirmation of your initial reservation request.

Documentation

Much of the administrative software documentation is located in the BTS_FAQs folder on the shared N Drive that requires authorized access. Banner also has online documentation available to its users.

Bentley is responsible for troubles with broken jacks, local dialing, no dial tones, static and voicemail issues. To report trouble, please send an email to helpdesk@bentley.edu.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Lindsay Hall 18.  If you have any questions about the phone service at Bentley, please contact the Help Desk at 781.891.3122.
