Professor Mengchuan (Mike) Fu specializes in the intersection of fintech and corporate finance, leveraging technological advancements like machine learning to tackle traditional corporate finance challenges. His research spans IPOs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cost of financing, and capital structure. With a unique interdisciplinary background, including a bachelor's degree in computer science, a master's in statistics, and a Ph.D. in finance, Professor Fu applies innovative technology to deepen the understanding of complex corporate finance issues.

Jennifer J. Xu is a Professor of Computer Information Systems at Bentley University. She received her PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, social network analysis, FinTech, healthcare informatics and human-computer interaction. She has published more than 100 articles in Information Systems journals, books, and conference proceedings.

With over 25 years of experience in investment management and financial services technology, he has held leadership roles at Dassault Systèmes, State Street Global Advisors, Fidelity Investments, and Yantra (IBM), specializing in financial risk prediction, blockchain strategy and advanced analytics.
