Fred Ledley

Professor, Natural and Applied Sciences

Fred D. Ledley, MD, is Director of the Center for Integration of Science and Industry at Bentley University and a Professor in both Natural & Applied Sciences and Management. He is a widely published expert in biotechnology, drug development, and the intersection of science, business, and society, with leadership roles in several biotech startups. Dr. Ledley has served on prominent boards, trained at top institutions, and holds an MD from Georgetown University.

Ben Chartock

Assistant Professor, Economics

Dr. Chartock is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Bentley University, specializing in Health Economics. He earned his PhD from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA, magna cum laude, from Cornell University. Before pursuing graduate studies, he worked at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Economics.

Jennifer Xu

Professor, Computer Information Systems

Dr. Jennifer J. Xu is a Professor of Computer Information Systems at Bentley University, with a PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Her research spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, FinTech, healthcare informatics, and human-computer interaction. She has published over 100 works and currently serves as a Senior Editor for Journal of the Association for Information Systems and Associate Editor for Decision Support Systems and Communications of the AIS.
