The Bowles Performing Arts Series at Bentley University presents pop singer and songwriter Danni Rosner on Tuesday, April 5, at 6:30 p.m. in Wilder Pavilion (Adamian Academic Center) on the Bentley campus, 175 Forest Street in Waltham, Mass. Rosner will deliver an intimate performance with select members of her band. A suggested donation of $10 will be taken at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Waltham Family School.
Research by Professor P. Thompson Davis Recognized as Most Cited Article in Quaternary Research
A paper co-written by P. Thompson Davis, professor of geology and paleoclimatology in the Natural and Applied Sciences Department, was the most cited article in Quaternary Research (Volume 65, Issue 1, 2006) between 2005 and 2010.
Junior Jenna Cavicchia Receives $10,000 Scholarship from Liberty Mutual’s Responsible Scholars™ Scholarship Program
Bentley junior Jenna Cavicchia is one of five college undergraduates from campuses across the country to win $10,000 from the Liberty Mutual Responsible ScholarsTM Scholarship program. Cavicchia was recognized for her work with the Mmofra Trom Bead Project. She is the second student from Bentley to receive this award; in 2009 Vinay Gokaldas '10 was a Responsible Scholars Scholarship recipient.
Sovereign Bank and Santander Universities Announce Agreement with Bentley University to Support International Study
Sovereign Bank, a part of Banco Santander, announced today it has signed a three-year agreement with Bentley University that will establish the Santander Universities Study Abroad Scholarship Fund. The Fund will provide annual scholarships for Bentley students to participate in academic and service-oriented study abroad programs. Sovereign Bank will provide financial support through Santander Universities, a major initiative created by Banco Santander to support higher education and advance the bank’s goal of expanding knowledge and experience throughout the world.

The Design and Usability Center (DUC) at Bentley University hosts a User Experience Boot Camp for software and hardware engineers, industrial designers, and user experience specialists on March 14 - 18, 2011.
