This longtime tradition is back! Enjoy a fun-filled weekend on the slopes of Vermont, March 1 to 3, 2024.

Whether you are an avid skier or snowboarder, stick strictly to the bunny hills or prefer relaxing in the lodge with family and friends, this weekend is for you!

When will the ski trip take place?

The Bentley Alumni Ski Trip is scheduled for Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 3, 2024. It is available to all Bentley alumni and their guests.

Is registration still open?

Is Bentley providing lodging?

Bentley will not be providing lodging. However, you can learn more about making reservations on your own and booking directly with the Killington Grand Resort Hotel, which offers its guests a fitness center, mountain tours and a grand spa. You can also make accommodations using the Killington Lodging Finder tool.

How do I purchase lift tickets and/or equipment rentals?

One-, two- and three-day discounted lift tickets and equipment rentals are available for purchase on the Killington website. Find the discount code and directions on how to purchase equipment rentals in your email invitation. Didn’t get the email invitation? Email

Will ski/snowboard lessons be available for purchase?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase ski/snowboard lessons when purchasing lift tickets and/or equipment rentals. Those offerings will be loaded onto your RFID card after purchase. Staff will see that a lesson was booked onto a guest’s profile when they scan your RFID card.

What if I just need to reload my existing One Pass card?

When you log into your online account it will tell you if you already have an existing One Pass card. If there is an existing One Pass card, newly purchased items will be automatically loaded onto the card. If you are looking to purchase new or additional One Pass cards, you are welcome to do so at checkout and will need to pick the cards up at a kiosk after you arrive at Killington.

I’ve made a purchase on Killington’s website before; should I use the same email address I’ve used in the past? 

The staff at Killington Ski Resort recommends that you use the same email address you have used previously to make a purchase on Doing so will bring up your existing account and information. If you are reloading your RFID card from a past trip that has your name on it, you do not need to add one to your order or go to a kiosk upon arrival. Reloading your existing card lets you go straight to the lift.

What happens once I complete my transaction for lift tickets, equipment rentals and/or lessons on the Killington website? 

Once you complete your transaction online, you will be emailed an order confirmation with a barcode. You can scan that barcode at any of the kiosks located in the Grand Hotel lobby or at the entrance to all base lodges once you arrive at Killington. If you are simply reloading your existing OnePass card, you do not need to go to a kiosk.

When I arrive at Killington, where do I pick up my lift tickets? 

Lift tickets will be loaded onto an RFID card called One Pass, which can be picked up at any kiosk located in the Grand Hotel lobby or at the entrance to all base lodges. One Pass cards are available for pickup at any time. If you loaded your purchases onto an existing One Pass card, you can go straight to the lift and present your card.

When I arrive at Killington, where do I pick up equipment rentals?

Equipment rentals are available at the Snowshed, Ramshead and K-1 base lodges. You will need to pick up your One Pass card first before picking up equipment rentals as you will be asked to present your card at the rental shop. Kiosks are located in the Grand Hotel lobby or at the entrance to all base lodges. Killington staff can see that a rental or lesson was booked on each guest’s profile by when they scan your One Pass card.

If I have changes to my reservation or need to cancel, what should I do?

Please review Killington’s cancellation policy. To adjust or cancel your lift tickets, equipment rental or ski/snowboard lessons, call 800-621-6867.

Do I have to be a skier/snowboarder to join the trip?

No! All Bentley community members, regardless of their desire to ski or snowboard, are welcome to participate in this fun-filled weekend. This includes the three Bentley-exclusive events taking place on Friday and Saturday.

Will there be other activities offered during the trip?

Bentley is hosting three exclusive events on Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2, for registered alumni and their guests. More details are below.

  • On Friday, March 1, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., join us at Long Trail Brewing Company, near the high tops, to connect with peers. Registration for this event is $20 and includes one drink ticket and appetizers.
  • On Saturday, March 2, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m., enjoy quality time with fellow Falcons at a complimentary breakfast in the Oscar Wilde Ballroom at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel before hitting the slopes. Your registration includes a complimentary hot breakfast buffet as well as assorted fruits and pastries.
  • On Saturday, March 2, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., celebrate the end of the day at K-1 Lodge with drinks and a bite to eat. Warm up by the fire and gather with other Bentley alumni in this new base lodge. Your $10 registration includes one drink ticket and appetizers.
