When will the ski trip take place?

The Bentley Alumni Ski Trip is scheduled for Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 3, 2024. It is available to all Bentley alumni and their guests.

When/how can I register?

Registration will open soon! You’ll receive an email with all the details on when and how to register. Ensure you receive the email invitation and update your information.

Is Bentley providing lodging options?

No, Bentley will not be providing lodging options. However, you can learn more about making reservations on your own and booking directly with the Killington Grand Resort Hotel, which offers a fitness center, mountain tours and a grand spa that guests can use during their stay. You can also make other accommodations on your own using the Killington Lodging Finder tool.

Can I rent equipment during the trip through Bentley?

Yes, one- or two-day equipment rentals will be available for purchase.

Can I purchase lift tickets through Bentley?

Yes, one- or two-day lift tickets will be available for purchase.

Will ski/snowboard lessons be offered through Bentley?

No, ski/snowboard lessons will not be offered through Bentley, but guests are welcome to book lessons on their own.

Do I have to sign a waiver to participate?

Yes! To ski or snowboard during the Bentley Alumni Ski Trip, you must complete two waivers that will be available to you to fill out immediately after you register. These links will also be sent to you in your confirmation email. We recommend filling out the two waivers as soon as you complete your registration to secure your spot.

Do I have to be a skier/snowboarder to join the trip?

No! All alumni, regardless of their desire to ski or snowboard, are welcome to participate in this fun-filled weekend.

Will there be other activities offered during the trip?

Bentley is hosting exclusive events on Saturday, March 2. You can express your interest in these events during registration. More details will be available soon!
