As a principal user experience designer at iRobot, Bentley graduate Adam Goss studies consumer needs and helps translate them into robot vacuums, mops and pool cleaners.

The fourth-generation family member and current leader of the family-owned, premier manufacturer Marvin Windows and Doors shared with students, faculty, and guests the importance of living one’s purpose and values to ensure long-term viability and success in both life and business.

Bentley University will name its Center for Women and Business after the university’s 7th president, Gloria Cordes Larson, as a tribute to Larson’s legacy of empowering women to lead and elevating the national conversation on gender equality and diversity in the workplace.

Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick will deliver the keynote address at Bentley University’s 99th undergraduate commencement ceremony this May. Patrick, who spoke at the inauguration of Bentley President Gloria Cordes Larson in 2008, will return to campus for what will be one of Larson’s final events at the university before she steps down in June.

Bentley’s new multipurpose arena has given students plenty to cheer about. Many low-income communities don’t have access to the fresh, healthy food that many of us take for granted. A group of Bentley students hoped to change that by putting their training to work to help a local mobile food organization better serve its customers.

Bentley University is naming the basketball court at the Dana Athletic Center in honor of women’s basketball Coach Barbara Stevens, who recently became the fifth women’s coach in NCAA history to surpass 1,000 career wins. 

Ninety seven percent of Bentley University’s recent graduates are employed, attending or planning to attend graduate school, according to statistics from the Class of 2017 six months after their graduation. And Bentley graduates’ salaries are on the rise, with a median starting salary of $57,000, up from $55,000 last year.
