Where do I find the app?

Download the WashWallet app from Google Play and Apple App Store.

How do I load money into my account?

On the main screen, there is a button. Tap it and the “Refill My Account” page will open. You can easily add funds here. You can also select “Auto Refill” which will automatically add funds to your account when it is running low.

How do I do laundry?

Why does the room smell musty sometimes?

Closed machines trap moisture. Please leave washer doors open to reduce dampness and funky smells in the machines.

Can I use detergent beads?

Yes, but you must use hot water to ensure they dissolve fully.

Who cleans the inside of the machines?

Be courteous to other users by wiping out the washing machine, using the provided paper towels, if any debris is left inside.

How do I keep track of the time left for my laundry load?

You can track the status of your laundry directly from the WashWallet app home screen. The app provides real-time updates and the most accurate estimate of when your wash or dry cycle will be complete.

Wash Dry Fold | Dry Cleaning

E&R Laundry provides wash, dry, fold, and dry cleaning service for Bentley Faculty, Staff, and Students during the academic year.

How It Works:

Sign up (button below), create an account, choose a plan, and your E&R laundry bag will be sent you and ready for pick up in The Collins Hall Laundry Closet.
Head to the Collins Hall mail room, sign out the key and leave your ID. Then proceed to the Collins Hall Laundry Closet, located across from the mail room. Please leave your E&R dirty laundry bag in the marked closet. Please close the door behind you and return the key back to the mail room once done.
Please leave your dirty laundry bag in this room by 11:00 AM on Mondays for pickup.
Clean laundry is delivered back to this room on Wednesdays after 12:00pm.
