More than 220 students who’d applied “Early Decision” this month learned they’d been accepted to Bentley – their top choice.
The university’s admissions officers worked with guidance counselors to surprise some of the unsuspecting students on camera. In each case, an admissions officer said they had one more question to ask, explaining that this year’s group of applicants had been unusually talented and the process extremely competitive.
Then, they broke the good news to the nervous student – “You’re in!”
The students’ reactions ranged from cheers to tears of joy. On the other end of the call, a roomful of Bentley students and staff – and even Flex the Falcon – celebrated with them. In August 2019, they’ll arrive at Bentley as new members of the Class of 2023.
The application deadline for Fall 2019 Regular Decision is Jan. 7, 2019.
