HOW WE WORK WITH CLIENTS
The following diagram highlights the three-step process used by CADS Consulting to conduct client engagements. CADS Consulting initially works with potential clients to determine the feasibility for defining a project that meets the client’s objectives, timeline and budget. This effort results in a project proposal that outlines the project deliverables, consulting team, schedule and costs. Once the proposal is accepted by the client, a contract is executed which initiates the start of the project. Over the course of the project, the CADS Consulting team keeps the client informed of the project progress and, as needed, will help transfer the project knowledge to the client organization to facilitate the implementation of the project results and the successful resolution of the original business issue.
