Passport Party

Friday, March 1st from 12:00pm – 3:00pm ET, Student Center Living Room

Considering the prospect of studying abroad in the future? Take the first step by applying for your passport with us! Simply click the “Register” button below to secure your preferred time slot. Students must arrive with their completed passport application and are responsible for all processing and application fees. Passport photos can be taken at the event for an additional $15. While waiting for your passport to be processed, enjoy in light refreshments and engage in insightful conversations with our Study Abroad Advisors and Peer Advisors. Your journey starts here!

Long-Range Academic Planning

Friday, March 1st from 12:30pm – 2:00pm ET: LaCava 325 ABC

Tuesday, March 5th 2-3:20 pm: LaCava 375 (Danielson) 

Create a long-range academic plan that maps out your remaining degree requirements, including your time abroad. For help completing your Plan of Study, we strongly encourage you to meet with your academic advisor, study abroad advisor, or attend one of the Academic Planning info sessions listed above. 

Pre-Departure Orientations

Wednesday, March 6th 2–3:20 pm ET: Wilder Pavilion (Adamian 165) 

Thursday, March 7th 2–3:20 pm ET: Wilder (Adamian 165).

Accepted students for the 2024-2025 Application who are studying abroad in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Academic Year 2024-2025 must pre-register for one of the following mandatory pre-departure orientation sessions as listed above
