Falcon Card
The Falcon Card is the official identification card for all Bentley students, faculty and staff. This card is also used by resident students to gain access to residence halls.
New Falcon Cards are issued free of charge for all incoming students, staff, and faculty. Faculty, staff, and graduate students can visit the Card Office, located in the University Police Station, during normal business hours to pick up your ID.
A lost ID card must be reported to the Card Office. For after hours notification please contact University Police.
There is a flat fee of $15 to replace your lost Falcon Card. Damaged ID replacements are always free, provided you turn in the damaged ID at the time of replacement and it is confirmed to be the most recent ID that was issued to you.

A University Police officer cannot admit you to your room if you lose or forget your ID card. If you are sure that your ID card is in your room, contact your RA for assistance.
Falcon Funds
The Falcon Card is used for debit transactions for dining services and works like a debit card on campus; you can only make purchases if you have the funds available. Any remaining balances at the end of each semester automatically are rolled over to the next one.
You can add funds to your Falcon Card through the following methods:
Online
Faculty/Staff: Login to Workday, click on the Benefits worklet and select Falcon Funds. From there you can add funds and edit your account, including deactivation.
Students: Login to Workday, click Academics, select Falcon Funds in Quick Links. From there you can add funds and edit your account, including deactivation.

In-person
You may make in-person deposits to your Falcon Funds account at the Card Office in the Michael Callahan Police Station. Deposits can be made through cash or check only.
To make a Falcon Funds deposit by mail, send a check made payable to Bentley University and including a Bentley ID number to:

As a student, money deposited to your Falcon Funds account will be refunded only upon graduation or withdrawal from the university. If you are a faculty or staff member a refund will occur upon exit of your position.
Your Falcon Card is the property of Bentley University. When appropriately validated, it is your official university identification It should be carried at all times and presented upon request to authorized University representatives.
