A major that tells your story

Not every business student does things by the book. Mackenzie wanted a business education but was looking to explore her love of news and entertainment. Bentley's Creative Industry major was a perfect match. She’s studied web design and television production, wrote for a magazine while studying abroad in Italy, and interned at NBC Sports. And she’s just getting started.

With a wide variety of majors spanning business and the arts and sciences, Bentley's academic offerings are flexible enough for you to customize a degree to your individual passions.

Fly with the Falcons

Bentley Falcons are as fierce as they are faithful, and when it’s game day, the whole campus turns out, whether you’re playing on one of our 20-plus men’s and women’s varsity teams or cheering in the stands.

Jakov, a center on Bentley’s Division I hockey team, knows as well as anyone. His hockey journey took him to prep school and the junior leagues, but he had no idea how loud a crowd could get until his first game at the brand new Bentley Arena, where he describes the amazing atmosphere simply “surreal.”

Put your education to work

Vincent's first internship at Cigna was a mixed bag: He loved the company but wasn’t thrilled with the work he was doing. So when he had a chance to go back, he applied to be a developer and discovered how much he loved the intersection of coding and business.

It's just one example of how Bentley's internship program gives you practice, hands-on experience to put your studies to work.

A community of inclusion

Today’s business world is led by a diverse group of innovators and leaders. So we want our campus to reflect that diversity — in our students, our faculty and our staff. Here, a commitment to diversity isn’t just something we talk about, it’s one of our core beliefs and part of our DNA.

Provost Donna Maria Blancero is just one example. As someone who grew up as a Puerto Rican woman in New York City, she brings a valuable perspective on the progress made in diversity and inclusion.

Leadership through service

As children, Veronica and Katelyn were mentored and tutored by Bentley students doing a service-learning project. The experience changed their lives and put the twins on the path toward attending Bentley themselves.

Now, they’re two of the 1,000-plus Bentley students who take part in service-learning each year. The work helps them become more informed and involved regarding the world beyond campus and gives them the key civic skills today’s top employers crave.
